Blind taste testing the world’s craft beers since 1996, Dave and Steve Faulstich are supporters and critics of most things beer.

Begun one fateful year when one of our lucky parents embarked upon a truly global Winking Lizard ‘World Beer Tour’. The black and white mimeographed guidebook gave voice to the colorful and exotic bottles brought home each weekend by our folks. Back in the days when the prize for completion of the Tour was an embroidered denim jacket, and beer lovers were forced to look beyond domestic production for high quality, innovative brewing, the Winking Lizard guidebook was a passport for ponderous young minds.
